Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at BOLA HEALTHCARE SERVICE INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure procedures are followed
  • Assemble and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as required
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling and communication
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and maintain effective communication
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a private sector environment with a permanent position, 30 hours per week, and English as the primary language of communication.
