Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Langar Seva Meal & Support Services. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
