Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at OSMOWS GUELPH. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to maintain profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu consistency and quality.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal levels.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
