The position of Director of Logistics, Equipment and Procurement at Borea Construction requires a strategic thinker with extensive experience in supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics operations, procurement strategies, and equipment management.

In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of national procurement and logistics strategy to meet operational requirements and overall corporate objectives. This includes aligning regional procurement and logistics efforts to achieve synergy between clients operating in both countries.

  • You will manage the maintenance budget for all company equipment and the preventative maintenance program, analyzing equipment based on condition, maintenance costs, and needs.
  • Establish and maintain inventory visibility and turnover, determining and implementing 'make vs. buy' and 'build to stock - build to order' strategies.
  • Develop and implement robust methods and processes for receiving and shipping equipment in collaboration with regional logistics partners.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as mastery of best practices and methodologies in purchasing and supply chain management.
