Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining the company's environmental, quality, and health and safety management systems.
- Providing advice and support to the logistics team in implementing regulatory changes.
- Actively participating in the implementation of new initiatives.
- Maintaining the logistics centers' Environmental Emergency Plan and Environmental Management Plan.
- Supporting the specialist in training and raising team awareness on various subjects such as ethics and compliance.
Requirements
- DEC or BAC in one of the following fields: environment/sustainable development, logistics/industrial engineering, continuous improvement, workplace safety, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar position in the construction or industrial sector.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and French.
- Ability to travel in Quebec with a driver's license.
- Mastery of Office Suite.
