As part of Pomerleau's logistics team, you will participate in the development and continuous improvement of logistics operations. You will maintain the company's environmental, quality, and health and safety (H&S) management systems. You will have the opportunity to support the operational teams according to the specific needs of the three logistics centers: Saint-Georges de Beauce, Saint-Nicolas (Lévis), and Sainte-Catherine (Montreal).

What You Will Do

- Update internal programs and policies in line with company needs: environmental, quality, and OHS management.
- Advise and support the logistics team in the implementation of municipal, provincial, and federal regulatory changes.
- Actively participate in the implementation of new environmental, quality, and OHS initiatives.
- Advise and support the logistics team in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Monitor the progress and validate the status of corrective actions implemented to rectify non-conformities.
- Maintain the logistics centers' Environmental Emergency Plan (EEP) and Environmental Management Plan (EMP).
- Actively participate in implementing ISO 45001 and maintaining 9001 and 14001: 2015 certification.
- Keep internal governance policies up to date.
- Support and accompany the specialist in training and raising team awareness on various subjects such as ethics and compliance.

This role could be for you if you have

- DEC /or BAC in one of the following fields: environment/sustainable development, logistics/industrial engineering, continuous improvement, workplace safety, or an equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.
- At least 4 years' experience in a similar position in the construction or industrial sector.
- Interest in quality control, continuous improvement, and energy transition.
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
- Ability to travel (driver's license) in Quebec.
- Mastery of the Office Suite.
