Job Description

Marketing Business Partner

We're seeking a Marketing Business Partner to partner with our Canadian Technology Business within Civica. The successful candidate will manage the relationship between various marketing teams to deliver marketing strategy to the business area.

The ideal candidate will be adept at building relationships and getting results. They will represent marketing at an SLT level across the business and be the 'go-to' marketing expert for the area.

The role requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, strong project management & problem-solving skills, excellent communication and demonstrable stakeholder management experience. The successful candidate will thrive in a data-driven environment and be confident in communicating plans and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and grow the funnel, partnering with sales to optimise and improve velocity.
  • Represent marketing at an SLT level across the business and be the 'go-to' marketing expert for the area.
  • Drive sufficient volumes of high-quality, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to the Sales organisation in a timely fashion.
