Job Title: HR Business Partner

At Testing four company, we are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, selection, employee development, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a business partnership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • CPHR certification or equivalent.
