Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutions Engineer to join our team at Technology Integration Group (TIG). As a Presales Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for working with our clients to understand their IT needs and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement solutions for enterprise infrastructure environments, including SAN/NAS, data protection, and retention.
  • Provide technical expertise in operating systems, including VMware, Windows, and Linux.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to senior management and clients.
  • Collaborate with account teams and partner organizations to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in IT, preferably in presales, with a focus on storage, backup, recovery, and virtualization.
  • Experience with server, storage, and networking virtualization technology from leading vendors.
  • Enterprise storage experience with HP, Dell, Netapp, and other leading vendors.
  • Familiarity with WAN acceleration technology from Riverbed, Array Networks, and SilverPeak.
  • Strong understanding of SAN fabrics, including Brocade and Cisco.
  • Solution architecture and design experience with Veeam, VMware, and Symantec.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with creating Statements of Work and proposal responses.
  • Proven expertise in operating systems, including VMware, Windows, and Linux.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with account teams and partner organizations.
