Intervenor Services Team Lead

About the Role:
Sensity Deafblind and Sensory Support Network of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intervenor Services Coordinator to join our team
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising a team of Intervenors working with individuals with sensory loss
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring program quality standards are met
- Providing on-call support and handling inquiries and concerns
- Guiding and supporting Intervenors, including ad-hoc problem-solving
- Recruiting and hiring new Intervenors and ensuring proper orientation and training
- Scheduling and conducting team meetings, progress reports, and performance appraisals
- Handling payroll approval and budget management for the team
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Human Services or Social Services
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities and sensory loss
- Two years of leading a team in a supervisory role
- Formal supervisory/leadership training an asset
- Working knowledge of medication administration, Employment Standards, and Occupational Health and Safety Acts
