Warehouse Foreman/Woman Job Description

At Dynamic Freight Haulers, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Foreman/Woman to join our team. This is a permanent position with a work language of English and a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing specific plans to prioritize tasks and organize work to accomplish the work efficiently.

Oversee Logistics and Inventory

They will oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including organizing and maintaining inventory, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Co-ordinate Activities

The Warehouse Foreman/Woman will co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees, providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, and providing cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience is required.
