Warehouse Operations Manager

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our 1 million square-foot distribution center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding the operations of our warehouse, ensuring exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily functions of the warehouse, including inbound and outbound operations
  • Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees
  • Ensure unparalleled customer service and same-day shipping
  • Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety, and performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • ~10+ years of hands-on management experience in 500,000+ square-foot distribution centers
  • Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus
