Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Manage operational procedures, including incoming and outgoing shipments, inventory management, and record-keeping
  • Plan production schedules and resource allocation to meet job assignments and maintain high-quality standards
  • Track and report on warehouse activities, including sales, inventory control, and purchasing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in logistics leadership and warehouse management
  • Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills

  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a warehouse setting
