Warehouse Operations Manager

Uline is seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective warehouse operations strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of warehouse operations.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
