Job Title: Senior Manager of Disability Management

Join Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Manager of Disability Management and take on a leadership role in our Pharmacy Operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and strategy of our pharmacy operations in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Northern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a team of Pharmacy Directors to drive the success of our pharmacies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
  • Monitor and review sales projections, labour, and workflow to ensure optimal performance
  • Communicate effectively with Directors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of programs and initiatives
  • Assess and communicate feedback on projects and support programs to central teams
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of progressive management experience in retail pharmacy
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy; MBA preferred
  • Understanding of retail pharmacy processes and provincial and federal pharmacy regulations
  • Strong existing relationships with regulatory and advocacy partners
  • Demonstrated skills in relationship building and influencing to achieve results
