Job Title: Senior Manager of Disability Management

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Disability Management to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Directors, who in turn will coach and develop their teams to ensure a safe and effective pharmacy practice that provides exceptional patient care.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail pharmacy processes and a proven track record of leadership and management. They will be responsible for driving a positive, performance culture where colleagues feel accountable and ownership to impact a positive difference each day.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Leading and developing a team of Directors to ensure the success of our pharmacies
  • Coaching and developing team members to achieve their full potential

  • Monitoring and reviewing weekly sales projections, labour and workflow, shrink, and inventory, training, professional services, quality assurance, promotional programs, store presentation and project rollouts with Directors
  • Consistent communication with Directors to keep them updated on the implementation of programs and initiatives, accountabilities, and provincial pharmacy regulatory changes

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail pharmacy processes, a proven track record of leadership and management, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive business results and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
