Senior Manager of Disability Management

At Loblaw Companies Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Disability Management to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team of Directors, who in turn will coach and develop their teams to ensure a safe and effective pharmacy practice that provides exceptional patient care.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of retail pharmacy processes and a proven track record of leadership and management. They will be responsible for driving a positive, performance culture where colleagues feel accountable and ownership to impact a positive difference each day.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Leading and developing a team of Directors to ensure the success of our pharmacies
- Coaching and developing pharmacy teams to provide exceptional patient care
- Driving a positive, performance culture where colleagues feel accountable and ownership to impact a positive difference each day
- Monitoring and reviewing weekly sales projections, labour and workflow, shrink, and inventory, training, professional services, quality assurance, promotional programs, store presentation and project rollouts with Directors
- Consistent communication with Directors to keep them updated on the implementation of programs and initiatives, accountabilities, and provincial pharmacy regulatory changes
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail pharmacy, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience. They will also have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and/or an MBA. Strong existing/collaborative relationships with regulatory and advocacy partners are also essential.
