About the Role

Mumtaz Suleman is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Support: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other household tasks.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, and watching movies.
  • Transportation: Accompany clients on outings and errands, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.

Working Conditions

Mumtaz Suleman offers a supportive and inclusive work environment. As a Home Support Worker, you will work a maximum of 30 hours per week, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our clients.
