About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at Joseph Cuzzolino. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance to our clients in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to our clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Household Duties: Assist with light housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry tasks.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to our clients.
  • Errands: Accompany clients on errands, such as grocery shopping and other tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Work in the employer's/client's home.

  • Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
