Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures and systems to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to office support staff as needed;
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure that all deadlines are met;
  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner;
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service;
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative systems and procedures, making recommendations for improvement where necessary;
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions;
