**Role Overview**
As an **Administration Support Assistant**, you will be a vital part of our operations/administration team, utilizing a diverse skill-set to support various departments:

- **Order Processing / Customer Service**:

- **Key Account Sales Team**:

- **Retail Sales and Merchandising Team**:

- **Accounts Receivable / Payable**

You will have the unique opportunity to shape this role for maximum impact, working closely with our Director of Operations, internal teams, and customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with internal Administration, Account Executives, and Retail Leaders.
- **Data Management**: Perform data entry and utilize Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Outlook and Excel.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations.
- **Physical Tasks**: Occasionally lift 20+ pounds as part of your duties.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: Previous office administration experience is essential.
- **Education**: Grade 12 required; a 2-year Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Outlook and Excel. Data entry and college-level math skills are strong assets.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organization and follow-up abilities.
- **Adaptability**: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- **Collaboration**: Effective team player who can also work independently.
- **Supply Chain Knowledge**: Understanding of supply chains is beneficial.
- **Accounting**: Experience or credentials in full-cycle accounting are an asset.
