Business Process Improvement Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Optimization Specialist to join our team at the Government of Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements and leading digital system enhancements to support the efficient delivery of our mandate.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead digital system enhancements to support business process improvements and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Establish project goals and lead project teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to measure the success of business process improvements and digital system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Participate in Ministry and cross-ministry teams to represent the perspectives and requirements of the ACO and Ministry.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business process improvements and digital system enhancements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies and digital system enhancements.
