Business Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Process Consultant to join our team at S.i. Systems. As a key member of our Health, Safety and Environment Branch, you will play a critical role in driving health and safety culture transformation within our department.
The Health, Safety and Environment Branch is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and managing various health, safety, and environment initiatives. Our goal is to transition from a reactive state to a proactive state, where we anticipate and mitigate safety incidents.
As a Senior Business Process Consultant, you will utilize the Lean Six Sigma approach to analyze business functional requirements, identify information, procedures, and decision flows. You will develop HSE Branch initiative plans and implementation strategies to improve overall health and safety culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing health and safety initiatives to improve culture and reduce incidents
- Assisting in the development of programs and implementation plans, including tracking and reporting tools
- Providing data management and building reports for various audiences
- Knowledge of occupational injuries and incident reporting in the federal government
