About the Opportunity

The Operational Performance Consultant plays a crucial role in supporting the assessment, development, and implementation of performance measurement and operational analytic support tools for Zone Operations. This position works closely with operational and medical leaders to provide tools that enable them to examine their performance, understand the current state of operations, and plan for the future.

The successful candidate will assist Operational leaders in monitoring performance related to zone priorities and support them in achieving higher levels of performance. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare systems and operational care areas, as well as excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in analytics, informatics, or a health-related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. A Master's degree is preferred, and consideration may be given to those with equivalent training and work experience.

The Operational Performance Consultant will be responsible for providing expert knowledge to critically analyze evidence-based practices to inform strategy development and organizational planning. They will also be able to build and maintain collaborative working relationships and partnerships with stakeholders, and have the ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and monitor quality and performance indicators and benchmarks.

Hours

This is a permanent, full-time position, with a 75-hour bi-weekly schedule.
