About the Opportunity

The Operational Performance Consultant supports the assessment, development, and implementation of performance measurement and operational analytic tools for Zone Operations. This role works with operational and medical leaders to provide tools for examining performance, understanding the current state of operations, and planning for the future.

About You

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with an undergraduate degree in analytics, informatics, or a health-related field. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of relevant experience with progressive accountabilities for standards development, evaluation, and implementation. Knowledge of analytic tools, applications, and systems of support is essential, as well as advanced knowledge of healthcare systems and operational care areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement performance measurement and operational analytic tools
  • Work with operational and medical leaders to provide tools for examining performance
  • Support the development of standards and best practices for operational care areas
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to motivate change and improve performance
