Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Dynamic Connections Ltd. This is a full-time position that requires up to 6 months of experience and a college education.

About the Role:

This role involves developing operational plans, coordinating activities, and preparing reports for a short-term work period. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, coordinating with other departments, and resolving work problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Operational Plans: Prioritize tasks and activities to meet organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate Activities: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of operations.
  • Prepare Reports: Submit regular reports to management highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Train Workers: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent certificate/diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Up to 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency is required.
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Compensation Package:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 based on industry standards and location. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
