Strategic Analytics Leader, Canadian Business Banking

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Analytics Leader to join our Canadian Business Banking team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of advanced analytics strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics vision and strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytics opportunities and develop business cases to support investment decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop analytics solutions to address those needs.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business operations, customer needs, and market trends to inform analytics strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the bank remains competitive and innovative.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise to the business on analytics best practices and emerging trends.
- Develop and manage analytics talent within the organization to ensure a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Ensure analytics practices are aligned with the bank's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics and/or advanced data analytics, preferably within the context of business banking products and/or services.
- Post-secondary/Masters in a quantitative discipline, science, engineering, or business/finance is preferred.
