Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analytics professional to lead our Canadian Business Banking Analytics team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Lead a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain competitive.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and delivery of analytics insights.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics and/or advanced data analytics, preferably within the context of Business Bank products and/or services.
  • Post-Secondary/Masters in quantitative discipline, science, engineering, or business/finance is preferred.
