We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Director, Business Analytics. This is a key role that will drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities across our Canadian Business Banking division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction for analytics across Canadian Business Banking, focusing on the use of data and advanced analytics to transform the business.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI use cases and enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage relationships with key internal and external partners, including data providers and analytics vendors.
- Lead the development and implementation of data and analytics strategies, engaging with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Continuously evaluate team roles, responsibilities, and structure to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and deliver annual analytics plans aligned with business objectives and key results.
- Mature analytical thinking within the organization to enhance capabilities and deliver value to the business.
- Attract, develop, and retain high-quality talent to deliver business objectives and create a high-performing inclusive culture.
- Operate within TD's risk appetite and regulatory expectations.
- 10+ years of experience in analytics and/or advanced data analytics, preferably within the context of business banking products and services.
- Post-secondary degree in a quantitative discipline, science, engineering, or business/finance.
