Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff to achieve high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement efficient daily operational procedures to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
  • Monitor revenues and labor costs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for staff recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Balance cash and maintain accurate financial records to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role within the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of success in staff management, training, and development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
