Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests by preparing and presenting high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, including pasta, sauces, and desserts, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques to provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas to enhance the Scaddabush culinary experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment, preferably in an Italian restaurant.
  • Food Safe certification or equivalent.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
