About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Team Member to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes and meals to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal inventory levels.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
Work Environment

As a Culinary Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and work under pressure to meet the demands of our customers.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
