Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, including pasta, sauces, and desserts.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain high-quality standards and consistency in our menu offerings.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, adhering to food safety and handling procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen equipment.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of cooking experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler, or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
