About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Burger Factory. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including complete meals and individual items, to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Staff Training: Train and mentor junior staff members in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure smooth service delivery and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
