Home Health Nurse Specialist

Become a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Nurse Specialist with Bayshore Healthcare, where you will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our pediatric patients.
This opportunity is available for morning and night shifts in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission areas. You will provide personalized care to patients with complex needs in home and school settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients
- Provide clinical expertise in home health care
We Offer:
- 1:1 patient care with no travel between clients
- Competitive hourly rate of $33-$40 per hour, based on experience
- Paid orientation, thorough training, and opportunities for skill development
- Paid vacation, sick leave, and benefits (subject to minimum hours requirement)
- Retirement Savings Plan with company contributions
Qualification Requirements:
- Active license with BCCNM required
- Pediatric experience is an asset but not mandatory
