About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Kitchen Operations: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and management to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
Work Environment

As a member of our kitchen team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English, and you will be required to work in a multicultural environment. You will be expected to maintain a high level of physical fitness and be able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
