Culinary Specialist

Negi Indian Bistro is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be essential in maintaining the high standards of our restaurant. In addition to your culinary skills, you will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, as well as cleaning kitchen and work areas. If you have a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role and be able to work in a team environment. The work setting will be in a restaurant environment, and the work conditions and physical capabilities will require the ability to work overtime and lift heavy objects. The personal suitability required for this role includes dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude. The work term will be permanent, and the work language will be English. The hours of work will be 40 hours per week.
