About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Team Member to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure that all kitchen areas are clean and organized.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure that all team members are working effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Skills: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills.
