Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at KPMG Canada. As a key member of our Global Procurement team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our SharePoint sites, including relevant power automate flows, overseeing annual policy release processes, and providing backup support for supplier enablement and Coupa P2P application administration.
Key Responsibilities- SharePoint Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for our Global Procurement SharePoint sites, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
- Content Creation and Maintenance: Develop and maintain high-quality content on our SharePoint sites, including relevant power automate flows, to support business operations.
- Policy Portal Management: Act as the provisioning coordinator for our KPMG Global Procurement Policy Portal on SharePoint, ensuring timely and accurate access for authorized users.
- Policy Release Process: Manage the annual policy release process, including communication campaigns with suppliers, to ensure compliance and timely updates.
- Supplier Enablement: Provide backup support for new supplier requests and process supplier onboarding in Coupa, ensuring seamless integration with our procurement systems.
- P2P Application Administration: Serve as a backup contact for P2P application administration, including approval queues, and provide support for the Requisition, Sourcing, Contracts, Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, and Supplier Information Management modules.
- Access Management: Process and fulfill P2P system access tickets in a manner that ensures compliance with personal data policies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in an entry-level procurement professional or as an experienced coordinator/analyst, preferably within the KPMG global network or other large consulting entities in supplier management roles.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint, with strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems using simple solutions.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, internal teams, and senior management.
- Technical Skills: Experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and ERP/P2P systems, including Coupa.
