Job Title: Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Procurement Planning: Develop and implement procurement plans to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating prices and terms to ensure best value for the company.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock to meet production demands while minimizing waste and excess inventory.
  • Cost Control: Analyze and manage costs associated with procurement, identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on procurement activities, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in MS Office and procurement software.
