Estimated Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $140,000-$180,000, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team. As the leader of our finance organization, you will be instrumental in building a high-performing finance team and driving the company's evolution through continuous improvement, innovation, and strategic growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all financial reporting and management, including team leadership, FP&A, cash flow management, merger and acquisition integration, and strategic execution.
  • Providing financial insights and guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making as a key business partner to the Executive and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Preparing timely and accurate financial statements, developing a comprehensive FP&A program, and ensuring company-wide compliance of internal controls.
  • Maintaining accounting policy documentation, managing system updates and controls, and serving as a primary liaison with external auditors and stakeholders.
  • Providing financial expertise, analysis, and recommendations in cross-functional team project settings and presenting findings and specific recommendations to management.
  • Championing the adoption of digital tools and technologies that enhance financial reporting, project management, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A CPA designation, a university degree in Accounting, Business or Finance, and a minimum of 10 years of finance, audit, accounting, and/or reporting experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and Finance systems and technology, experience in professional service industry, and previous M&A experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and proven leadership skills for both project and people.
