Director of Finance

WalterFedy is seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as Director of Finance. As a key member of our Executive team, you will be responsible for leading our finance function and driving strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all financial reporting and management, including team leadership, FP&A, cash flow management, and merger and acquisition integration.
  • Develop and implement a robust FP&A program to support business growth initiatives.
  • Provide financial insights and guidance to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Manage and oversee system updates and controls, including ERP upgrades.
  • Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors, banks, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • CPA designation required, MBA is considered an asset.
  • University degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of finance, audit, accounting, and/or reporting experience, including managing finance policies, KPIs, audit, reporting, and taxation.
