Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team at Hotel-CNB. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to management as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and incident reports.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills in guest services, customer service, and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a front desk or customer service role in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
  • Knowledge of the area and surrounding attractions.
  • Working knowledge of reservations systems and voucher procedures.
  • Bilingualism an asset.
Work Environment

Our hotel operates 24/7, and you will be required to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. You must be able to lift, bend, and push/pull objects as needed, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
