Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our hospitality services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure exceptional service standards.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning services and supplies.
- Recommend additional services required, such as painting or repairs.
- Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and reliability in a client-focused role.
