Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Days Inn & Suites By The Falls. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of hotel rooms and public areas.
  • Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and control housekeeping supplies and equipment to ensure they are adequate and in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in housekeeping or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
