Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

JBRINE 6179 LUNDY'S LANE GP INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring that expenses are within allocated limits.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to arrange for additional services as needed.
  • Assist housekeeping staff with tasks as required.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent position.
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language required.
