Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Advance Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Inspect facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Recommend additional services required to maintain facilities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
