Key Responsibilities- Recover delinquent accounts through contact with debtors and negotiation of repayment plans.
- Perform skip tracing to locate debtors and determine avenues for debt recovery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account history on the internal collections system.
- Ensure adherence to client directives and company policies.
- Meet or exceed client-centered and company targets.
- High school diploma required; college diploma in Paralegal Studies preferred.
- At least three years of collections experience.
- Familiarity with standard collection industry software.
- Ability to adapt to custom-built collection software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- $43k - $45k salary plus uncapped commission.
