We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Sofari Collections Limited. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Train other workers
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Organized and reliable
  • Client focus
