Job Summary
Dedicated Workforce Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Open and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Plan and organize daily operations, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring that staff and clients are aware of upcoming events.
- Manage contracts, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, providing excellent customer service.
- Answer electronic enquiries, responding promptly and professionally.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, analyzing and presenting findings to support business decisions.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
- Provide customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions, ensuring that the team is well-staffed and equipped to meet business needs.
- Maintain and manage digital databases, ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date.
